Seminary Year 1
I don't know if I've posted this online before--I am a student of the Sovereign Grace Theological Seminary. A seminary launched by the Sola 5 association of God-centered evangelicals (churches) in southern Africa. We just completed year 1. I took my exams last week. There were 3 exams that lasted 2 hours each, one that lasted 3 hours, and a Greek exam which I completed much more quickly. They were all writing tests and much longer than any other writing test I had ever taken (in University, AP, or elsewhere). My hand and wrist were quite sore after the first two. By the third one I was getting used to it. They also counted much more than any final I've ever taken--70% of the total grade, so the pressure was on.
I wanted to link you to a very insightful "review and planning report" just issued by the Seminary, so have a look here.

I'm very happy to be a part of the seminary and have learned a lot in my first year. Praise the Lord.
